Bergman & Dacey, Inc. is pleased to announce that effective March 24, 2008, Alan H. Mittelman has re-joined the firm as Of Counsel.
Mr. Mittelman was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1982. His practice is devoted to civil litigation in both state and federal courts. His experience is varied with an emphasis in business, real estate, construction, and insurance-related litigation. He continues to represent various public entities across California. Mr. Mittelman has also served as a Mental Health Hearing Officer for the Los Angeles Superior Court.
Mr. Mittelman is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States District Courts for the Central, Eastern, Northern, and Southern Districts of California. Prior to entering private practice, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable David W. Williams, Senior United States District Judge, Central District of California.
Mr. Mittelman received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri, Masters of Business Administration degree from Temple University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and his Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University School of Law, Los Angeles, California.
