KRISTI A. SJOHOLM-SIERCHIO was admitted to the State
Bar of California in 1987. Ms. Sjoholm-Sierchio has extensive experience
in complex litigation. Her practice concentrates on contract law, environmental
claims, insurance issues, and other business matters. She is admitted
to practice before all courts in the State of California, the United States
District Court for the Central District in California, and the United
States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Ms.
Sjoholm-Sierchio, from 1999-2007, served as a Senior Attorney at CBS Paramount
Domestic Television in Hollywood, California. She specialized there in
television syndication licensing and contract compliance. From 1987-1999,
Ms. Sjoholm-Sierchio worked at Bergman & Dacey, Inc. specializing
in contract, environmental, and complex litigation matters for private
and public entity clients.
Ms.
Sjoholm-Sierchio received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental
Science and Public Policy at Hampshire College, Amherst, Massachusetts,
in 1978. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California
Law Center and Master of Business Taxation from the Leventhal School of
Accounting in 1987. Ms. Sjoholm-Sierchio was Publications Editor on the
environmental law journal and received the Shattuck Award.
