Bergman & Dacey, Inc. is pleased to announce that effective July 1, 2011, Narbeh Shirvanian has joined the firm as Associate Counsel.

Narbeh Shirvanian was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2009. Mr. Shirvanian is licensed to practice law before all the state courts of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Mr. Shirvanian’s litigation experience includes defending large corporations in construction litigation matters involving breach of contract and construction defects. In addition to his defense work, Mr. Shirvanian has extensive experience representing clients in personal injury actions involving general negligence and premises liability theories. Mr. Shirvanian has successfully litigated and resolved a vast array of these matters by informal settlement negotiations, mediation, or arbitration.

Mr. Shirvanian earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, with a concentration in Political Theory, from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 2005. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School in 2008.

Mr. Shirvanian is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and speaks fluent Armenian.
